Delivery is done by courier services to any address. For goods purchased through the online store, the delivery time is up to 5 days from the date of order confirmation.

The seller is obliged to deliver purchased goods to the consumer by sending goods through courier services. Consumer paying for delivery costs. The courier delivery goods every working day until 19:00h. During this period, please ensure that there is a person who can take the item at the address.

When receiving a package, you need to visually review the package to determine that there is no visible damage. If you notice that the package is damaged and you suspect that the product may be damaged (open), refuse the receipt of the item and immediately inform us. If the package appears to be without damage, you can freely take the shipment and sign the delivery document. The courier is trying to deliver every package two times. If it does not find you at the address, the usual practice is that the courier calls you to the phone number you left when creating an order, to arrange a new delivery term. If it does not find you at the address after calling you, the courier leaves you a “Delivery report” with information on where and when you can take the undelivered package. The package will be stocking for 5 working days (not counting the delivery day). Stocking is not charging.
